Every state is different. Probably no designation from 5-window to 3-window, but maybe there was a deluxe coupe vs. standard coupe.

    Or could just say 2-door.

Sometimes the state used the model number for that body style.

My original 32 3 window title said 2 dr coupe. I'm sure it varied as each county clerk typed it up? Also In NE the title was created from some other form later than 32 as there were supposedly no titles originally?

As the terms three window or five window are colloquial expressions that are used by car aficionados, you won't find a DMV using it as a descriptor on any title. It's either a coupe, a sedan, or a roadster/convertible as to body style, or as alchemy noted above, if they have or know Ford's model number, that may appear.
