36 Ford Coupe - wheels tight to turn

Hi guys
Finally got my 36 home and its impossible to push, with the rear feeling like the handbrake is on and the front wheels tight too. Hand brake cables are loose so am thinking that isnt the cause but its sat for a year. Any obvious things I should be checking for?

All good - sorted. Rookie mistake, brake pedal was hanging up.
