Customs 1939 Mercury

  1. WOW! Just amazing. Very subtle,understated. Not a fan of the color they used for the graining of the dash. I prefer the darker style. Maybe it looks different in person.
    The motor is stunning! Does it have any modifications,or is it pretty much stock? Suspension,tranny,etc...

    Very typical, period, modifications...276ci flathead with all of the upgrades(cam, crank, pistons, etc.), Lincoln Zephyr gears, reversed eye axles, de-arched springs, C-notched frame, all for just the right look and feel. The car has a presence like very few. Wish I could afford to keep it. :)

    I do like the color of the dash as it ,atched the rest of the interior prefectly. These pictures might show the true color a little better:
