Any more pics of the aluminum 57? Really like the looks of it! Would like to see a front and rear pic.

We had a little pileup in the yard. The lawn mower was totaled. We considered building the car, but put it in the barn when we found a better candidate.

Here's the car we decided to build. Seen here with the floorboard and firewall installed.

This picture gives you a sense of how our rear suspension works. Our little mechanic is working out the desing of the independent front suspension.

I built custom spindles that would trail, so the wheels turn in response to directional input from the push bar. Throttle linkage from a Model A made a perfect tie rod with adjustable toe-in.

We took it to the mall and considered trading it in on a new, red sports-jobby, but decided our old ride was cooler.

Now, we're wondering what we should do with this?

I would interested in knowing how you put the front end together so the wheels track the direction of the push. Very cool build by the way, I love the picture in the Mall.

That's very rusty. A kid could get tetanus if she was cut on that tin. You should pack up that car and send it to ME !

Got one of the Speedway kits for the grandson. Since he's going to be close to 2 this Christmas, I chose NOT to do body work, just a coat of primer blocked out then 2 stage Plum Crazy Purple.

These last two, the motorized belly tank and the drag bug, are really bitchin' and I don't even like bugs!
