What is the plan for the radiator?

  11. Great idea. That creates a lot of extra and much needed room in the cab. Neato

  12. The plan is to make a tunnel from the grill that goes under the floor to the radiator

    sander,

  13. made engine mount brackets and a transmission crossmember
and shortened the driveshaft this weekend

Hey, what's all that stuff around your truck? Oh, I know...SPACE. That's just cheating to have that much room to work.

It's looking good. Did you make the trans mount or was that a factory part? That 2003 Chevy chassis is working very well.

  15. home made trans mount :)

just cleaned up the garage so there's room again for a short period

Great idea, fitting the engine behind the cab, easy access to the motor and plenty of leg room in the cab,i can see it as a Ramp Truck with the ramp coming up over the winch and engine, good job. Gaz!

  17. started building the ramp

Great project. I would have left it the original condition and used it to trim my Palm Trees…Then take it to Famoso Raceway and watch the March Meet and Hot Rod Reunion from a new prospective.
Keep up the good work, anxious to see it completed.

  27. got some more done yesterday
more paint removed and lowered the cab a little bit more over the chassis

also cut a hole for the radiator in the back of the cab
    and added a floor brace
