Don't have a picture, however I had one in the mid 60's. It was channeled about 6" with a z'd frame and no chop. I was about 6' and 175 lbs. (long ago) and I fit in it quite comfortably. It was an automatic, so I didn't have a lot of pedals. Kind of a large console and trans tunnel though. Had a large dia. steering wheel, but it fit pretty good. Really wish I had it back, but how many times can we say that? Norm

Sorry, no pic but I am the same height. Started to build an A coupe but I never really fit in it. I did drive several and most of them chopped about 4 inches. I can't stand to have to lean over to look at stop lights or no headroom. My plan was no chop, no channel and a little less seat. Then you only have to factor in how wide you are. I guess I was too wide so I sold it to a collecter. Good luck.

You have a tight fit or want a tight fit.....

Here is a photo my wife took of my bro and I in our coupe.

I am 6'1" and skinny, roughly 170 lbs.....

How comfortable you look... man were reaching for content today. I'm 6'2 300lbs and I fit comfortably in a model A with 3" chop no channel. A thinner seat with no riser helps a lot.

Remove the back package tray and put some sliders under the seat and you will have more room than you know what to do with. I'm 6' 1" and don't have to slide the seat very far back beyond the stock position to be comfortable.

I'm 6'& 230, I fit but I wouldn't say its comfortable. I think its certainly tolerable though. I drove mine on several trips of 4-5 hours one way.

EDIT: stock seat riser and package tray still in it. 97 caravan seat.

I'm 5'11" and while the coupe is not as comfortable as some of my other stuff, it's better than my 27 roadster for legroom.

That's gotta rank right up there with Rolf's old coupe, the Bass coupe, Evel's coupe and Chris' coupe, oh yeah... and Ryans. Superb.

  28. Does it have to be a coupe?
