1950 chevy gasser, 427ci.

    Finally got a engine for the 50 CHEVY. It is a Dec. of 68 427, 400HP. Corvette motor that has been rebuilt 30 over. Got a lot of little things to get yet but its a start. I'll need to get brackets and pulleys, carbs, ect. I'll try to update as I go. Its been 32 yrs since the car has been on the road,or strip.

    please take pictures of the install. I have a 468 that I was thinking of installing in my 51 but not sure if would fit without major surgery.

    Wow, that's great you still have that manifold, ones I have seen available sure bring a lot of money. For this car the intake that is on there now is what was on it back when, otherwise I'd have to have one.

    do you have any pics of the frt end is it glass or steel.starting a 52 coupe Faux/Gasser after the holidays need ideas for the frt end fenders are rough and small parts missing
