Features Model A on 1932 frame picture thread. All bodies.

  1. I have no idea what the real answer is...but a really good guess would be that it's sad because the car isn't around anymore...

a bump on an old thread, I know there are several new deuce framed A bones in the works.

Still making changes to mine here and there...just found a nice stock hood at an estate sale, working on fitting it at the moment...

Here's my '29 roadster on a pinched '32 rails. Just got it driving a few weeks ago, finally able to enjoy it now!

I know they're questionably traditional, but I have always had a soft spot for Pinkees frames under Model A's:

And here is an old picture mine that I was working on for a couple years. Sadly, it is currently in the rafters right now.

Thanks, I appreciate the kind words! It's been a blast building. Hopefully in a couple of years I'll be able to pull it back apart to paint it!

Yes, they are 2" chopped posts that i took an extra 1.5" out of and also leaned them back another 18 degrees from stock.

or with a T rear spring? and if you used a T rear spring how did you set it up?

I want my rear to set up kinda high and I have a NOS T rear spring so I'd like to see what I can do to make those two jive?

Oh and I am running, 7.50 firestones in the back.

    Thanks!

check my post a page back (the sport coupe), mine is not dropped, 36 axle to give it a little lower stance without a drop axle

    very nice!
What are you doing in the rear?

I have thought about just modifying a T crossmember or maybe even makining my own out of c-channel?
