The envelope mine came in didn't look so great but the book is in fine shape and very very good!

Mine ARRIVED in perfect condition, however, further examination of the book the morning AFTER it arrived showed it exhibited severe creasing in the spinal area (cover to cover), dog-eared pages, and I awoke feeling... "enlightened".

Yet another mystery for you to work on Ryan. Me thinks I may have been abducted by aliens, who then read my book cover to cover, and injected the knowledge contained directly into my brain...

I got mine last week and the envelope was torn open and you could see the book inside and I was worried that it might have been messed up. Lucky it wasn't and to just be one state over and arrive like that is pretty sad. ahhhhhhhhhh and don't ask what i do for a living either. Funny letter Ryan........

Mine arrived undamaged in a completely unsealed envelope. Just lucky I guess. I wasn't going to say anything since it was intact.

Ryan...as an FYI, the usps now offers a padded flat rate envelope. You can only order them from their site. Might be good for this very fine specimen of literature you've created. It's stellar by the way. Wish I had made it.

    So they're here?!

Thank goodness. I thought Ryan was in some deep shit. I know that attorney of his would be no use to him. From my limited exposure I would hazard a guess that the attorney is probably about to light the blow torch.

Mine arrived late last week with a nasty crease about 1/3 the way down the binding. Ya know what? I'm keeping it just the way it is.

It's a great book with excellent writing and photography. Good job by all involved!

Mine came a little banged up too, and it was in another bag with a shirt and other stuff!

And ya know what? I don't give a shit. This is an amazing piece of work, just amazing. I'm going to read it so many damn times that it's going to get dog eared regardless.

  26. mine arrived, packaging a little worse for wear but it has been raining cats and dogs here for four days and the posty didn't stick it all the way in the box..
BUT what an awwwwsome publication, i've already read it cover to cover:D.

With the number of envelopes chewed up in different parts of the country, I'd bet the damage occurred at the beginning of the shipping process-first distribution center, etc. I can't believe the post office is organized enough to mount a concerted, world wide effort to destroy priority mail.

Most of my junk mail comes through absolutely pristine.

What did the PO officials say?

  30. Mine arrived undamaged but with a little drool on each page, what's up with that?...;)

Hey Ryan, while you were figuring out all those other mysteries, did you ever figure out how to get into Area 51 for the next HAMB drags?
