Doctor Detroit: Rear shock brackets are universal brackets from Summit Racing.

 

I can't picture it. Where do lowering blocks go in the front? Got a before pic?

 

I think they are more like spacers than blocks. If my memory is correct from some research I was doing they go between the frame and upper control arm mounting.

 

Here's a picture of a 1951 Mercury with lowering blocks in the front, between the lower shock bracket and lower A Arm.

That is correct. They are not blocks, but spacers that can be positioned on the top of the coil spring, or the bottom of the coil spring.
