I like what you did with the bed. What kind of wood did you use?

The bed is pressure treated 1x6 and the gauges are the original 66 gauge cluster frame, I made the template out of steel and then wrapped w copper.

Just wondered, setup is kinda similar to a GMC guage cluster.

Huh, I have never seen a GMC cluster before. I do see the similarity.

Guys I need some help. Can someone measure the rear wheel tubs. I need to get the width, length and height. I need to build new rear inner fenders for my 51 chevy car and thought about starting with a set of truck tubs to save time fabbing

  27. @ inside 60 -66 truck tub dims - 37 1/2 " long x 11" wide x 11" deep - not counting flange

robber, you are awesome and quick.. thanks

are reproduction being made or do I need to search junk yards or classifieds if they do work

  29. ^^ you're welcome and they are being reproduced now-a-days too...

    one possibility http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/cbe/full.aspx?Page=21

but you might also try The Truck Shop in Orange, CA

There was a pair in the HAMB classifieds not that long ago in Ventura CA and there is a dude in Rochester, MN that deals in good clean used stuff - I've talked to him on hoods -
    or just hit CL

    Good luck!
