If you upload your photos right to the HAMB it's often less problematic and you can avoid bandwidth issues that photobucket can have.

Just click "Go advanced" and then "manage attachments" and it's all pretty straight forward.

Also site rules say you have to make an introduction thread before posting anywhere.

James K, those are freakin BAD ASS!!! I really dig the red line tires, really gives it that 60s period vibe. I like the darker blue too. Thanks so much man!!!

Has anybody had a chance to take a shot at this? I'm still really curious.

    I appreciate it.

Can anyone help me with some Big and Littles in the same color as the body?

OK time to inspire myself I'm going to go 2 tone for my car but I can't decide to do Maroon on top or on the bottom. The 2nd color will be either silver or grey.
Also trying to decide on the line for the 2nd tone following the body line. Door handles will be shaved also. Anybody willing to show me some samples? Thanks in advance.

Is anyone daring enough to try photoshopping a 50's GM fast-back rear half onto a '50/51 Studebaker champion?

  19. Nice idea. I´m thinking it´d be hellish to do though. The roof on the Chevy has a far deeper crown than the Stude and that´s only the start of your troubles!

    Looks good though.

Would be quite the challenge, wouldn't it? Thanks for the visual.

That ain't half bad, James...but the angle on the rear quarter window should match the post on the door -leaned forward...and the gas door should be removed, along with door handle and vent in the front fender...

  23. True. Must be gettin´ lazy in my old age. I did leave the windows like that on purpose though, just for added "quirky". Tried it with straight up B pillars too.

I liked it better with the stock elements left intact. The added smoothness doesn't bring anything to the design other than to shout "Hey, look, I've been kustomized!"

I prefer the first version. The rear window is an inversion of the front.
Reminds me of a Tucker Torpedo without all the styling gimmicks!

I KNEW I'd seen that body 'style' somewhere before...it does look like a Tucker...!!!!

I like the last version James...looks good...!!!
