I always look at a car that I would like to buy and think "Can I sleep in it?"
cause I may have to for a little while til she figures I'm really gonna keep it...

PS: I have some pretty good negotiating skills, sometimes they dont work though...

Keep the truck ! It keeps stops sun burn, keeps you dry in the rain (what little you have), keeps you warm on early morning cruises and it can haul stuff home.

 

Keep the truck and make it so the cab top can be removed.

 

That truck is so ugly it's great. That roadster is pretty ....plain. Truck for sure.

I would get the car! It looks great- although I have to say the same for the truck. If you end up with car, Im sure you would have no problem selling that stude.

The truck is badass so keep it. I contemplate selling my truck so I can start a new project all the time but logic always steers me right. The feeling your having is normal and we all have it! We are car guys and that also means we are day dreamers nothing wrong with that.

to be a voice of reason, it is better to keep what you have because you already have it running and know the in's and out's of the truck and with out being able to store the roadster inside it'll go to hell.

l know for a fact it won't be happy outside as l live in a rainy place and have had to leave cars outside, it SUCKS.

if the truck has IFS you probably won't like the straight axle.

No way I'd be letting that truck anywhere out of my sight. Keep it, and get the roadster too. No reason why you can't have both.

Your wife will understand and if she doesn't then you have (or she has ) problems.
