Did some preplanning on the firewall. Made some stand offs we can mount the fuseblock and volt regulator to. Also made provisions for wire clamps. The small tabs welded across the center bodyline in the firewall are to hold the wiring in there.

You should do a Levi's interior like AMC did with the Gremlin!

Can't wait to see this one at COBO. It must be true that you guys like the "impossible" deadline. There sure has been some great traditional style hot rods come out of that shop over the years.

Yes the King came by today....of coarse the hood sides came while he was here.

While I was cutting the clear for buffing, Miles (aka VonBirch) painted the engine, rear and misc black. Jr did some assembly on the chassis too.

Well...the body is buffed and back on the frame. The white wheels are not staying but they do look good.

I'd like to say it's all fun from here out...but there is some more sanding to do. The hood and grill need painted yet. We just got the hoodsides and have to fit them. We're trying to get it to Mike Sholley by Feb 1st so he can do the interior.

Skidmarks....left the steering wheel alone. If it looks out of place we'll do something with it. Hopefully it will be fine.
