Two-doors vs. mordoors

LOL......And so are 55 Chevy Hardtops....Hey, GM never made a 55 Chevy 4-door Hardtop...bet it woulda been nice too!

 

One of Dad's favorite cars was the '57 Olds 4 dr hardtop, I have one sitting out in the garage! It's cool.....

Okay guys, let's just see pictures to back up the talk and let that decide!

 

IU would rather drive a 4 door '55 chevy than a 2 door honda anyday! It's all perspective people.

 

Even IF you wanted to make the argument that 4 doors are better for carting around a group of buddies, I'd still have to say that I'd prefer a 2 door even under those circumstances.

1) they're just better looking

2) I prefer watching a good looking girl get out of the back seat vs the back door...for obvious reasons

Apples to apples, even though the 2 doors are more expensive, I wouldn't consider a 4 door unless I could weld the doors shut, chop the top, swap the larger doors onto it and make a 2 door hardtop out of it.

 

That's one of my exceptions to the 2 vs 4 rule, mid fifties GM 4 door hardtops...

Well, you got me there....

 

I like 'em both. But a two door car is a little more stylish.
