I think I started lurking here in early 2001. What brought me here (and caused me to join) was the fact that this place was about history & tradition in all it's purity. If you didn't own, or had built a period correct car, or didn't grow up in the times, your ass didn't belong here. In all honesty, I can't believe you guys let me in! I'm not close to the "first 500" mark, but I really miss the "old HAMB".

You wont have that on your screen if you arent running the status bar (which is useless and just takes of space on your screen). You can also check it by right clicking on your screen name & then select properties. There is a bunch of computer jargon, then an equal sign and a number, that number is your user number.

 

I don't remember when the Fly was built. Somewhere around 2001. When was the first hamb drags? 2002? The Vultures built that T I think a year later. Sams RR was already built I think.
