Hot Rods My 33 chevy Build update

    Yes!! I now have seen (IMHO) two Chevys on the HAMB which say " HOT ROD ". Terry's and this one.

    Wow my swolen head wont fit through the chopped windows on my coupe thanks for your kind words. I just wanted to see if could build a tradtional style hot rod out of a chevy and I think it's going well but a lot of extra work and head scrathing because unlike or ford brethern not all parts are avaliable I sinned I used some ford stuff but havent they used our engines for years !!

    I sinned I used some ford stuff but havent they used our engines for years !!

    Thats it, I'm starting a TV show, Shit Terry says, hahaha. Kinda like his introduction to me, I'm from Texas.....where men are men and sheep are scared, hahaha. Ahhh, classic.

    Aw naw im from hawkins where the men are men and there sisters are too !!Man I got the door latches in and I opened and shut the doors 20 times:D today I built my steering column it's a f1 box 48 ford mast and 66 nova shaft and 55 belair wheel.It hurts but it's coming apart this week .I have to get some photos of my high tech body rotisery its 2 hay bale ring and some square tube I hope to get my body mounted on it where I can roll it over and blast and clean .Here's a few shots that I had in my camera next pics are gonna have shinney stuff she's getting some paint and chrome !!

    Well I have had 2 people ask where the coupe was and I have started back on it but it's a hot one in Texas I will post some more pics soon !and I bought a mercury coupe that distracted me 39 mercury stuff is almost hard to find as chevy stuff !

    Man I love your car one day Im gonna have one just like it ! I have been busy playing with the hemi. Man thanks for the offer I will be picking your brains didn't you use 33 ford quarter panels ?

    I built a -33 3w chevy last vinter here in the north of sweden.
    It was really bad and all the wood were gone.
    I run a original frame that has been pinch and kicked up in the front, split bones a 4" drop. Chevy 350 combo with 671 dyers blower on top.
    Its a vid on youtube of my first test drive, then without blower.
    I cant link it but search for gassermannen that my alias on youtube.
    Someone else my bee can link the vid to this thread for you to see.
    I like it a lot and there are not many left of -33 3w chevys around, -33 chevy are the best looking of the chevys of that era.

    Well I have been a little distracted damb 32 ford. That bitch has me so busy but when I get back from the round up I will give it hell I love the chevy more that 32 just needed to be saved !!

    Here's a neat and super rare all steel Holden bodied '33 phaeton, currently for sale interstate. Love my open cars bit a coupe would be nice.
