Didn't anyone get a pic of the barn find 33 roadster in the basement? I was kicking myself for not taking a camera.

There was a phone # on a small piece of paper leaning against the rear tire saying "available". If some one had the $$$$$ it'd be a helluva piece of history to swap hands.

My friend Paul Back from Michigan owns the car. He is a long time 32 Afficianado, car builder, Bonneville racer, and builder of some significant old Fords. He built the Veda Orr replica that was at GNRS 2 years ago.

The car is a true barn find, built in 1958 and not touched much since. A friend of mine was helping to get the car around to load and was urged by Paul "to be careful not to smudge the 50 year old dust off of it" haha.

    How about the old chainsaw!

He had these cars upstairs last year:

By the way, that is Paul on the right on the top pic wearing plaid shirt.

The Story, from what I remember, was the guy built it in 1955. When it was in the the upholstery shop, the guy passed away. His wife brought the car home and stuck it in the garage where it sat for 40 some years. I am sure others here could fill in the complete details.
