Been noticing alot of spam bot threads lately trying to hock pills, viagra, loans, etc. What's up? Any reason why there isn't some sort of a process new members must go through before being allowed to post in the forums, to try to eliminate this? Seems like it's gotten worse in the past few days. I recently signed up to another forum where I had to fill out my profile, wait for approval by a moderator, then I had to post an intro before I was able to post in the public forums. I think this would keep the spam away from the HAMB, wouldn't it? I dunno.
No... It wouldn't. If spammers want in, they get in... period. The only thing to do is be vigilant with reporting. It's bad right now for everyone, but it will die down eventually.
Thats straight to the point as you can get.If these assholes can create a fake E-bay and fake Pay-Pal site they can get on any forum they want.
I reported 3 separate spammers today,they are take care of fast,,members of the Hamb,,,just do your part and report them. HRP
Ryan Iv tried to report spam before and the report wont go. Is this because a bunch of others are doing the same at the same time?

The particular spam you are trying to report is probably in the process of being removed as you are attempting to report it.
