Drove my hot rod to mcdonalds today

Drove my kids to Mcdonalds today,it was nice so we took the Hot Rod.We parked close to the door got out an went in.Lots of people stopping and looking. A lady in a SUV pulls in next to us gets out locks her car as we are getting ready to leave.When I cranked up my Hot Rod her alarm started blasting! My kids were laughing there heads off,they wanted to drive around the parking lot revving the engine to see if we could do it to someone else(they are 10 & 5) something they will remember for a long time.

 

Some times DAD's ARE COOL.....

 

Kids make hot rodding even better, don't they?

Love doing that...parking structures are the best, with a roof you can get a bunch in one shot.

That was over 30 years ago, and I still remember it!

 

Over the summer I took my 6 year old through the parking ramp at the local mall, all the way up and then all the way down beep beep beep beep. After that we went through the drivethrough at micky d's, we had a blast laughing at the alarms and the lady on the speaker asking "what did you order".....lol

Yeah. I love parking ramps....Had to shut the Shoebox or the Beater down at drive thrus. Ya know ya done good when they ask you to shut your car off.

My oldest son's first sentence was 'daddy broke it'. Wow was he spot on.

 

So Kool, my kids think its kool as well, one of the advantages of a loud hot rod!

 

I like to take mine through the drive through... The employees don't know what to think of it, but usually I get yelled at because they can't hear their headsets over my pipes.

 

My kids cheer me on to "Hit the Flamethrowers, Dad!"
