Here on the west coast we have an advantage. We can post late Thursday night when it's Friday in Austin, go to bed only to wake up 8 hours later, grab a coffee and check out a lot of great work.

To anyone who's ever tried to compliment a few knowing you're omitting a bunch of artists you really like too, these were some standouts for me:

TODDJ: You make bugs HAMB friendly. Like how the skis, luggage, window and wheels all turn away from the picture.
RYZART: Gotta love stripes over lace.
LOWCAB: The look on "underpowered"'s face is perfect. Like your signature design too.
GARYC: Purist, you're not. And thankfully so.
    JIGGER: Beta goes Newton!
    JDUSTU: Hot globs of fun!
ZOMBIE: Love how your edges fade to black - sometimes by not even drawing them. Good art lesson every time you post.
SLIM: I want the blue A.
HBWOODY: You just gave me an idea for an anti theft device for my car - use my mug!
    JOHNNYJALOPY: Two bad, bitchin boattails.
CHADLAMPERT: Like how you integrate stripes with a very cool car design.
SINFUL-ONE: Don't know what it is but I like it! Candy colored abstract hood ornament? shift pattern? good conduct medal?
SANDIEGOJOE: Creepy, wild effect on the pit bull ghost.
DANGREENBERG: Great red PU. Needs a rusty Taco minibike in the back.
    CADILLAC AL: What you said.
FORTYPICKUP: Nice headlight lens capture. Since it's a WIP, I vote for a sinister bloodshot eyeball peeking out from under the one goggleside.

Now I can't wait for the really good artists to start posting..

INCREDIBLE SHOW THIS WEEK! I really love being able to share art with such a talented group of guys, it really pushes me to work harder! Here's my finished "James Doomed" piece, I think I later may add some light highlights and one midtone ... to really finish it off.... but it's basically done!

Good News! That Drug Store is real and that is a real shop truck. You can see them both at Manifolds on Main.

The truck has been sitting over 20 years and does not look as cool as Todd's render but is cool in it's own way.

Anyway, come see it in person.

BTW we will have about 20 vintage race cars also!

Great job Todd! (the t-shirts look great!)
