What he paid has nothing to do with what he will sell it for whan and if he does. It all boils down to how much you are willing to part with to convince him to part with it. If you try low balling him and he is anything like me, no amount of money you offer will allow you to buy it.... ever.
i'd be mowin that guy's yard, haulin' trash, get his "honey-do" list from the lady and get to work on that! i can't stand it when the old codgers just let their stuff rot. apparently there's an old guy up in the Portland area that has many A's and T's that he won't give up unless it's another old guy doing a stock overhaul. in the meantime they will sit and rust....
