Prayers sent for your family. We just buried one of my close friend's Dad last Thursday. (He was 73 and could still drive the wheels off his '64 Hemi Savoy!)

I still call my Pops almost every day and I make it a point to tell him I love him. It's not ALWAYS been this way, but he's definitely my best friend. My deepest sympathy to you.

Back in about 1986 or '87, I was an apprentice at Cruisin' Comfort for a short time learning the automotive upholstery trade from Ed Banes and Brian Groom. They were very patient and put up with an ignorant kid trying to learn a trade. I remember your Dad stopped in almost everyday just to shoot the breeze, and he always had alot of great stories to share. I remember he was always generous about buying everyone in the shop a soda pop (even the "grunt" kid) when he went to the machine to buy one.

He was a neat guy, and I'm sorry to learn of his passing. You have my sincere condolences, for you and your family. Be strong..........E

Im so sorry to hear of your loss. My Dad was my best friend as well. Losing him was without a doubt the hardest thing I have had to endure. Godspeed to your Dad and my sincere condolences to you.
