My '53 is in need of a redo. The interior is B/W same as the car an in good shape. I'm tired of the car being call an "Old Police Car". Can someone help me come up with a new color or colors for her. I don't plan on changing anything but the color, add hubcaps, lose the spots and maybe the continenal kit, an the guy in the front seat asleep. Thanks in advance guys an gals, Michael

kinda hard to see but think someone could to a few inches of drop to that and a blue color like the second picture? if so thanks..

Hey, Super442s. Back on page 53 of this thread, Hooligan63 posted a pic of his car and his cat just happened to get in the shot. He asked in the next post for the cat to be photoshopped out of the pic. There is a bit of discussion of said cat in other posts. Then, on page 55, ClayMart added the cat to one of his Photoshops. Thus starting the legend of the fuzzy gray cat. It's a she by the way. Maybe you had to be there....

You're gonna need a much better picture. Something taken in the daytime, a picture that dark won't show anything.

 

I actually put the cat in that pic too- you just can't see it.

LOL Too funny - I figured it had to be something along those lines. For quite a few years now as a running joke with some of my friends, I've been chopping this orange kitty into different pictures, situations, etc. Gotta love the kitties!

 

Hello! I have absolutely no clue what to paint my car once i get to that point, Ive always liked oxidiced red for a lot of cars and trucks but i just dont think it will suit this one well. Can anyone please photoshop some options for me of what you think would look best? I would really appreciate it, Thanks!

Thought I'd take a swing at this pick-up. Since there aren't any long horizontal lines on this thing I wondered if I could get away with running the scallops at an angle. And I figured that I might just as well jump in with both feet and mess with the colors too.

In general I think it's OK, but the layout of the scallops might stand a little fine tuning. And with the duck mascot, instead of being a pick up, maybe it's a Quack Up!
