I love it!!

 

I used roto bits for the small 5/8'' series of holes and hole saws for the rest.The roto types are the greatest, quick and clean cutting everytime..and it took allot longer than 15 minutes. I like to lay everything out, take my time and cut out poster board circles to find what I like, dkem and lay it all out.I have more holes to drill in this door and set up the window and fab up a verticle light weight brace for the lower section to replace the steel one I removed....I will weigh the other door before I attack it and compare the two before I start the passenger door......Thanks, Littleman
