Anybody out in the shop tonite?

I have to admit I wasn't, and actually feelng a little guilty.

How about you guys? Shop time or shopping time?

I was there but to get the presents I hid in the garage !

Just knocked off for the evening, but back at it in the morning. Not HAMB stuff but race car work, so it's not all bad.

 

My presents are hidden in the garage to........

 

I walked out and measured something to answer someone else's question, but didn't stay long. It's really more family time around here.

I keep popping out to check on the rod in between getting Xmas stuff ready. The wife's lookin' daggers at me though....

I was there putting chains on the pickup so I could get back up the hill. The plow went by at 5:00AM but hasn't been back all day. Wer'e supposed to get another foot or more of snow on top of what we already have, then the wind! Guess I'm not alone it looks like the entire middle of the country is getting hit. I guess the only thing to do is to wait it out... Merry Christmas !

yes sir im out in the garage of course its just me here at my place putting a sbc together on a blusty night with some nogg and spiced rum , and the fire rooring , merry xmas to alllll!!

 

Long weekend to thrash. Just like New Years. Listen to ball games on the radio.
It's an addiction.

 

Just got in from hammerforming a new floorboard for the truck.

 

cold canadianbeer, my dogs, friends dogs, my shovel flh and a 37 tplane all alone and yet together... up on stands in a.m. for inspection... dermott.

 

I am, just finished my model a frame! Anybody know a good sandblaster in the north bay area?

Our street is having the annual Christmas Eve party. Even so I still made time to finish one more brake line on the 40 Ford project.

 

just got home from church but my wife is playing cello for 3 more services, so i am out to the shop to work on my 59 nomad.
kids come tomorrow.

I was, just cleaning up. Then this happened. Luckily it didn't hit the truck, however, that is just because I moved it over so I could clean up my bench and such. Just yesterday it was almost butted up against the bench.

Now I am inside drinking.

 

Forgot to say the mom-n-law is here visiting so I'll be here all week! Don't forget to tip your waiter! Haha.

I've been in the shop all day,,, putting a timing set, oil pan, water pump on the 500 Cad that is to go in my new car hauler. Kind of a project front wheel drive trailer 38 Chev COE. Enough of that,, Merry Christmas to All.

12 days to get ready for a show, working on the car, hands are all covered in paint from painting trailer,
going to do snow tormorrow morning and hope its not storming so i can go to town!! and clean up car trunk and mount cabinets in trailer and get more stuff ready, i thought that i was retired , doing way too much, hope the end result is worth it!!!

worked till 6.30 tonite and the whole town was shut down for the holiday
looks like pizza for lunch tonite wife is sleeping

It's ten degrees, no heat in the shop (so it's about 15 in there!), blowing snow outside, and winds gusting up to 60 mph. The short answer to your question is "no, I'm not in the shop today".

 

yep, most the afternoon and this evening - came to good stopping point a little while ago and closed up shop. Been stripping paint off my '50 shoebox -fun!?

 

Merry Christmas guys and yes, I'm in the shop. Got to get this car done!

 

I was... But my baby came home and we did our Christmas. Now she's cooking for tommorrow.

Now I'm just drinking beer, listening to my new Jack Johnson CD, and looking at the HAMB.
