I have this friend that has a 1924 Nash ( handed down from his grandfather) and he wants to get the headlights working.I haven't taken them apart yet but ,I was wondering if anyone has ever had any expirience with these ? I'd like to update them somehow but they still have to be 6 volt .When I get started maybe I'll post some pictures and maybe get a better idea of how I can make it happen...PAUL

  2. Actually you can buy a 6V halogen conversion for older cars that would give it some nice illumination for evening use

Carefull with that idea as the orignal charging system most likely will not produce enought amps to power them. Use stock type bulbs and have the reflectors re-plated or polished.

  4. If your headlights are big enough you can try this.
