A friend of mine in Ocala built this one a year or two ago, still owns it. I beleive it started out as a 50-52 Dodge.

That's probably a 38 Chrysler, or at least a '38 nose grafted on. The 39 Chrysler nose is my avatar pic. This is on the 'bay right now, it has a 500 caddy motor.

Yeah, belongs to a guy named Larry in Nashville, I do a lot of striping for him. He's a wheeler dealer and has a couple dozen nice cars - including my '53 F100 (after he begged me to sell it to him for 6 months ) He leans toward unusual stuff, he's also got a flathead powered bobber truck made from a cut down White tractor trailer cab.

No pics yet, but after some long thinking, I plan on finishing my '66 El Camino in a bellflower '60s custom style. Lots of people bitch about it, but whatever it's my fucking car and I'm gonna be driving it. Dare to be different :D Some of the stuff on here is really awesome

Cannot find the pics. THere was a guy at the Woodward Dream Cruise in 08' that had a 50's BMW, with the flip open front. It was running a traverse mounted small block, psycadelic paint and red pexi-glass windows. 13 or 14 inch wheels. Actually cleanly done, but should have had porta-potty seats!

Somebody else had to also have spotted it, it was hard to miss! Stuck out in the sea of muscle cars and fiberglass.

I first thought this was the front, ha ha. I sort of like this view in an odd Buck Rogers sort of way. Anyone know what it is (or was)?

I see it now. A kid in my neighborhood back in Newburgh, NY had one of those when I was growing up (+ or - '65).

Anyone body else have any more different stuff?

  22. This car is BAD ASS! I study it often in the magazine. I love the fact that you used a LS motor. Those engines are fricking awesome. Not to mention the work on the body. That took vision and hard work. Good job. I'd love a video from in the car of you wringing it out! ha ha ha. I'd settle for you telling me how fast it is. :)
