hmm...I wonder if there were other chapters. I've got an old club jacket from Canada with the same name but different location. John

That Cluster Busters plaque is a copy of an original made in the mid-50's. The original was stamped, enameled steel. Another guy from Millstadt had a mold pulled from his, and cast some in Aluminum. I had the guy who did the casting make a couple more. We had it made for a car we're building for our parents' 51st anniversary (we missed the 50th)

  8. I asked my Dad,he never knew of any other chapters. I'll check their website, since it's an active club still.;)

That graphic on the Road Geezers plaque is great. Wish I would have thought of that when I had the Dry Heat Geezers plaques made. Also made me think about some of the other plaques I have on our site, like this one and the Old Farts plaque submitted by Alfster .....

Maybe we should start a Geezers Alliance

  13. Hey bro.....I'm a Piston Pusher........be great to know your Dads name and when he was in the club, considering the club has been going since 1954.

I bet he's got some great stories and pictures. Here's a shot of the old club house.......ask him if this brings back the memories.....lol.

Actually it was sent to me by Lance Laverty in September of 2006 and it was also his dad's plaque.

Glad you like it, I thought it was great when I saw it too.

Too bad the owner of the car wasn't around when I took the photo...

  26. We have a small car club just starting out.
Here's a pic of our Club Plaque (plaque #1) which was attached to the rear of my '51 via a chain and debuted at "Billetproof-Ocala".
Thanks goes to Stretch1320 who built this at around 2am the morning we left out for Ocala.

This is an old club from the 50's, me and a buddy tracked down an old plaque and had it reproduced.
