Hot rods, anything lightweight with a big motor that goes fast, pretty much the opposite of your "soft spot".

Although I never used to like them, I am starting to have a new appreciation for the lowriders and big, slow customs...probably because the ones I've seen here are way better than the ones I've seen in person.

My soft spot for goofy cars should be obvious.

Stuff that's kludged together in a creative way. I love and appreciate competance and craftsmanship, but seeing a cobbled-up bracket or a weird engine swap will make my day.

I have always liked hot rod tourings. when I got my A tudor body I was seriously contemplating whacking the top off to make a sudo tub out of it. Seems like I caught a lot of grief on the board about it (good naturedly of course). Finally had to trade it for a this to satisfy my tub jones. Just got back from taking it for a spin.

Cute chicks, pizza, and hot rods. So my one soft spot would be a cutie feeding me pizza in a hot rod. Wait... what was the question?

Welcome to the HAMB Todd from Ohio! :D Nice Chevy!

Early 40's through mid 50's customs. I live the and breathe them. Also vintage Bonneville racing.

    My wife.

automotive wise? Tasteful, well-proportioned, subtle cars that don't look like someone threw every gee whiz golly part at them.
And vehicles that WORK...vintage truck that's a driver...race cars that aren't restored museum pieces...bug splatters and rock chips. I'll overlook a whole lot of finish if the thing is actually used and enjoyed. But not shit thrown together, rusty and full of holes.
