Yeah glaze, I remember. I did a little in High School. You would have to get printed out as one of those decals made for firing.

You could go to one of those paint your own pottery stores, they usually have mugs, and a wide color choice. Would be kinda funny to watch that mug painting taking place while all the pre-teen kids are painting kittens and ballerinas.

  7. Not really art but some snapshots with my cheap digital camera at our July 4th show.

    Awesome!
The Zoomie Sketch and the Speed and Chrome are probably my favorites.

Tinger's last supper isn't as cool at the t-shirt he did for me! It's so cool, I can't bring myself to wear it! A STEAL at $35!

Thanks everyone for a great show!

Well , I shot my load for this week. Here's whats leftover, Markley Bros. tank, and some roadsters made from a narrowed vw body. I actually started on this, and I'll get back to it one of these days. The picture is worth a 1000 words , so I'm done. Great show this week. This might be turning into a addiction.:D

  23. Ervin,
Your kiliin me. "Just a rough sketch". Man I couldn't turn out anything that cool if that was all I had to do for the rest of my life! Nice work man!

  24. I'm pretty happy with my Chevy, but I think that Buick might just do in a pinch. I dig your pic man!

  25. Thanks man. Wow! That means a huge chunk coming from a Sooner. Sorry about your teams woes (or do you even care about football when there's cars to be built?) The 'real' rough was blue pencil and was very, very rough. I did a quick clean up line in ink then photoshopped out the blue line. I will probably refine it further for color but try to keep the sketchy look for added character, texture and life.
Thanks also to Flying P and CustomCory for the for the props. Cory, The tanker's great and I really like the P-up with the camper drawing (nicely layed out compostion.)
Zombie, Yeah baby,...YEAH!! That's really groovey, man, YEAH!!! Too bad our Caddys, along with Polock's Lincoln, didn't all land at port on the same Friday.
