Hello, With the latest idea popping using a 50 Chevy body with a 53-54 Corvette nose and tail seems rather bold. Not that a 50 Chevy front end is ugly by any means. It was just a different take on a custom car (sedan delivery). A long time ago, a similar style was presented to all by GM design studios in a Corvette Nomad or sleek race car, however you see the design. I saw it as a sleek Bonneville style design with a special front mounted 671 supercharged motor to break the speed records. Jnaki But, what is that odd ball push vehicle? Why, it is the Halloween Special sponsored by those two teenage brothers from Long Beach, CA. Somehow, that old greenish tint, modified, Corvette/Chevy Sedan Delivery made it West for its transformation. We always spent the month of October doing Halloween stuff, including “orangey” things. Then one day, my wife saw this rig and took a nice action photo, as the custom Chevy sedan delivery was attached to the moving flatbed truck. It looked as if it just came out of a paint booth and is now being delivered back to the shop for finishing details. Anyone in So Cal recognize the Tahitian Red or Candy Apple Red painted Chevy Sedan Delivery? This cool style of sedan delivery, could turn into a "Mean Green Machine:" Corvette front end, sedan delivery custom build… or a full on custom scalloped outlined sedan delivery on a slight rake stance.YRMV
