Amazing how much that design could do and be adapted to perform. 1926-Ford-Model-T-Snowmobile-2286-31%20(1).jpeg 1926-Ford-Model-T-Snowmobile-2286-27%20(1).jpeg 1926-Ford-Model-T-Snowmobile-2286-14%20(1).jpeg 1926-Ford-Model-T-Snowmobile-2286-4.jpeg Ford-Model-T-Snowmobile-ad%20(1).jpeg 1926-Ford-Model-T-Snowmobile-2286-34%20(1).jpeg

That looks to be a pretty typical VW clamp on conversion. Similar units have been available since the T era in more configurations than can be counted.

There were many catalogs filled with nothing but accessories for the Model T. Anything from tractor, snowmobile, and 4 wheel drive conversions... to sprint cars with 5 main bearing dual overhead camshaft racing engines. Truly the “Universal Car”...

Model Ts come in all shapes and forms and can be adapted for any situation whether it be work, pleasure, or competition-or all the above at the same time. That's why they are so great!
Perhaps this was best explained by the 1920s automotive writer, the great Murray Fahnestock when he wrote "The Model T is a spirited piece of clay, and I alone am the sculptor"
