Hot Rods 324/371 bell housing

Ok ,so I have a 324 Olds motor, snuggling it up to a 3 speed Ford top loader, offy adapter and after market 176 tooth flywheel. Here is the question , I’ve been offered a lower bell housing off a 371, will it fit and serve the purpose, any unforeseen problems ? Thanks in advance .( this is the one offered to me )

 

I believe that you will be OK. My only hesitation is the starter alignment. My fuzzy memory keeps telling me that I had an issue with this. I bet @Paul would know exactly as he has more 371 experience than me. He will be waking up shortly (PST) and may jump in here.
