Hello, Does anyone by any chance have technical drawings/dimensions of a 1953 Chevy 2 door sedan frame? Or even better yet, a 3d model? I want to use some 3d modeling for part design and placement. Thank you!

No, it doesn't. What you want doesn't exist yet, until you do it. If you share, then it will become available for the next guy who needs the info.
that is what I'm thinking....i may have to break out the tape measure and just get started on it. Will definitely share it up if/when it is complete.
As for drawings and dimensions, many ‘40s & ‘50s factory shop manuals have such drawings in them. Additionally, over several decades there were detailed drawings with dimensions in manuals that catered to body/frame shops. Bear was one such brand name, there are many others. I’d search for such manuals on the internet and especially that well known auction site. I would think such diagrams would greatly assist in creating a 3 D file, though that is mere speculation on my part. I have no experience with creating such files. Ray
Would these manuals be vehicle specific? say, a manual specific to 1949-1954 chevy cars? I am not sure what I would begin to look for. Thanks for the tip.
The ‘Factory Shop Manuals’ certainly are vehicle specific. The Frame Alignment Manuals are typically very inclusive of all common makes and models, so you would find dimensions and diagrams for your Chevy as long as the manual was for the period of it’s manufacture. I would search for something like ‘Automobile Chassis Alignment Manuals’ or ‘Bear’, ‘John Bean’ or ‘1950’s Chassis Alignment Manuals’..... Ray

interesting site, I expect when you're done with your drawing/model, it would be nice for you to upload it there. I'm not surprised that there is a pretty good drawing of a Jeep frame...but I'm also not surprised that there is not a good drawing of a 53 Chevy frame.
close, but no cigar....its a 1969 Nissan Patrol. which surprised me even more since they are so rare, especially in the USA.
it may be a while before I can get to doing the measurements myself. My new house is in the process of being built, and i don't want to start tearing it apart until I move. I don't want to be knee deep into a project with parts everywhere, and then have to pick up and move everything.
Have you looked to find an old collision shop manual. They have detailed measurements for frame points. I used a friend of mines books to fix a crashed Boss 302 Mustang. Had to replace everything from the firewall forward and it had all of the measurements I was looking for to get the car back to factory specs.
all of them! check out the picture i posted above as an example of what I am looking for.... This was mentioned above as well...i had never thought about collision shop manuals. I have never searched for one so i will have to try this. I see plenty of shop manuals, but no collision repair manuals...
I expect the collision info won't have everything you want, either. They generally give reference measurements, to allow you to check if the frame is the correct size and shape, but no details about the rest of it. You really need the manufacturing drawings, which are probably lost forever.
I hate to ask the obvious but have you googled what your looking for? When I wanted numbers for a Desoto project a few years back I googled 1941 Desoto frame dimensions. It led me to multiple sites but the most helpful was a guy on eBay scanning old collision manuals. $15 bucks and week later I had what I needed. I can’t remember the guys name but on his site he had a bunch of cars listed.
that's funny because now that I think of it, I actually did not even try googling first.... I believe squirrel is right, the manufacturing drawings are what I would need, and i'm sure they don't exist anymore.
Try and find the oldest alignment shop in town, they may have frame charts in some really old books somewhere.

Mainly missing some of the height measurements on the side view, but it is a workable start. That diagram shows measurement of the top rail, out side to out side. That would explain why I was getting a wider measurement. I was measuring to see if a 1999 S10 4x4 rear end with disk would clear on my 53."
