The same picture recently was posted on a Bishop oldtimers facebook page. I assumed it was local, looks like Bishop to me, but I guess it could be Independence or Lone Pine. Edit: this was located at Meadow Farms, just north of Bishop on 395. Confirmed by the old fogeys group in Bishop. Sorry for any confusion.
