Neat! Don't think I've ever seen pin stripping on a blower drive belt...

I had a friend who was a pinstriper and sign painter. He rode a chopped Harley. It had striping and lettering on the primary drive.

Yrs I would say that was true, The question is about what it was made to fit and what is the story about the finned adapters it is bolted to.

Bonneville National Speed Trials - 1956. Front-mounted blower on small block Chevrolet in the Cobbs Engineering Special, formerly the Pierson Brothers Coupe.

Blower drive looks like a bellhousing

Lots of other interesting details there too, obviously the blower drive predates the cast aluminum Potvin drives and Cobbs adapted the ducting to a tri-power manifold. The rocker arm oilers must have been the very first time that was used and he really gave them a lot of thought, he included needle valves to meter the oil flow. Then there is the Hilborn two port, a very early one with small throttle blades and finally his well engineered throttle linkage and the use of aircraft fittings and Corbin clamps. A master of his craft.
