Any idea who is in the 37 midget in the third shot? Looks a little like Rockie Fisher.

 

Can't really say for sure but, to me, it looks a lot like Earl Kouba a long time racer with the RMMRA.

The "dodge" is actually a beautiful '56 DeSoto.

 

Actually, it says, "DeSoto " on the front. It is deceiving by the angle. Here is another to compare....

It appears you aren't paying attention. The '57 Dodge was identified on the original post as a "Chrysler Product."
The car I am talking about was the burgundy colored '56 DeSoto convertible which was identified as a Dodge in the original post. Go back and look again and you can see what we are talking about.
