I just built my first quadcopter. About the same size as yours. Flies great.
Your video is awesome. Your flying is good too for just learning. Is that fpv?

 

First person view. Youtube it, it's really cool. You put goggles on and fly it, it is like you are sitting in the quadcopter.

 

Ok, so if you got the drone yesterday then I think it must have shown up right after I left because I saw the FedEx man pass me on the way out...

 

But seriously, as a journalist you've got to stay up to date. That new tool will help with great "shots"

 

Seriously guys. You have to register them. RC planes and helicopters too if they are heavier than 9oz. The Academy of Model Aeronautics has been fighting this for months. https://www.faa.gov/uas/registration/
