I don't know if any of my threads ever truly end. I always seem to have more pictures that I haven't gotten to, and then it's time for the next car show.

Hopefully Tim you like that look. It really was a very dark purple and with dark cars, sometimes it's fun to show the world reflected in its paint.

You're welcome neverdun. I am glad you found it and liked it. Judging by your avatar, I may have made the color a little too intense, but I can always lighten it if need be.

 

This kinda makes me want a 4 door 56 Merc.

Killer show, cant wait for next years, or should I say this year!. Did they ever get the banner back that was stolen from the hotel?

 

I never heard anything else re updates on that.

 

That yellow 51 might be the coolest I've sen of that year! Way to go with the pics!

 

I'm sad to say that whoever took the banner has not returned it as yet. Perhaps, they are waiting to bring it back to this year's show. Jalopyrama is on for Saturday, 15 Oct 2016, at the Carroll County Agricultural Center in Westminster, MD. Mark your calendars now, so you don't miss the date change!

What a stroke of luck, I'm free on that Saturday! Gosh!
The banner will turn up, there's too many of us on the look for it. I hope I'm the one that finds it, I'll guarantee the miscreant will think twice about pilfering a decoration for his 'man cave' again.
