My 1st paint job. No bondo, no primer, just clear coat. Can this be fixed?

    This is my first paint job. I stripped my car down to bare metal and then painted it with clear coat because I thought it would look cool. No Bondo or primer. How do I fix this??? Can I just paint over it?

    I would spray clear on the tires then it would blend :) but thats just me
