Well, definitely an odd one. Auburn and Cadillac always liked some sort of boobs and flying/feathered hair ornament through the 30' and 40's...but I can't say it's those. Maybe some of the oldies can knock that one out. Pretty nice.

 

I collect ornaments and I believe that is a very old (1920s) aftermarket item.

 

You have a message on your "Palm Pilot" Looks like a phone or part number.

 

Most but not all ornaments with a bolt type fastener are aftermarket... OEM ones are generally cast as part of the cap.
