Well its been a while been dabbling in trucks that are not Hamb friendly... Got this lil turd i picked up from a friend. Gonna try to build the rest by myself(oh boy)! not traditional drive train( no money) plus i already have almost all of this crap layin around. Any way here is what i am planning: 1972 Ford Courier pickup banger, and trans. Rear end and drive shaft from a 1969 Ford Taunus Try and weld up some sort of body... Or at the very least fix this turd. Late 20's early 30's Chrysler grille shell not sure year Mid 30's Chevrolet dash Low back seats,Not the one in the pic! 1936 Ford pedals BMW steering box cowl steering, or F-1 steering traditionally mounted 1935 Ford wires and dumb brakes Buggy springs front and rear Very old head lights 20's Ford maybe... Anyway all advise welcomed Pics of what i could do welcomed Any ideas welcomed(Clark)!
I'm just wondering how you happened to find yourself sitting on a driveshaft and rearend here in the states of a German Ford I've never heard of before let alone seen. I was about to poke some fun at your misspelling and say Ford didn't make a Taurus in 1969 until my buddy McGoogle taught me something new.
The 69 Taunus is my buddys car, he yanked the motor trans and rear... He ended up with a crazy badass straight axle Taunus! Now boasting a crazy small block Chevy 350, 5 speed... I will look for some pics of it...
Funny!!! I just really miss the car built by Clark and The So-What crew that i had the pleasure of owning and yes like a big stupid ass i lost my job and needed the dough.. This one will in no way will be even, or ever be close to the cool the 999 oozed, The 999 had "it"! A HAMB legend!
Here is the Taunus if no one ever seen one. I have a video of it doing a test burn out but dont want to load up the Hamb with non friendly cars. Looking for a windshield for it ! ( i know good luck) Youtube , Taunus Burnout, Lou Eramo

Getting a windshield for the P7b Ford (Taunus) is no problem over here in Germany. The shipping to the US might be quite costly though (and I always thought we only had this problem the other way round...). Your buddy migth try classic-autoglas.com or motomobil.com. The first has windshields for a lot of old cars (also Ford Taunus), the 2nd specializes in all parts for old German Fords...
