Well Rob, if this thing turns out anything like the roadster, it's gonna be one SICK MO-CHINE!!!! Looking great so far!
Man i've been busy, work ,family ,build the car.....got the chassis in primer and getting ready to paint and put this thing together for the last time. Gonna drive the car while i get the body ready to paint this winter. Fingers are crossed I get some seat time this summer! I will get some pics posted soon. Later, Rob
Don't know where the pics went, gonna have to spend some time and see if I can get some back up. just about ready to fire the engine for the first time, some brake lines, put the body on and drive it! new pics soon, Rob
I like it. I can only see the last two pictures above. Maybe when the site was changed the pics got lost. That's a nice setup man, lots of work to get that far. Would love to see more. Thanks for posting.
I have a Y block in a Model A also (stock frame) and run a generator in the stock location, that is what it looks like you have. not much room to swing the generator to adjust the belt, what is your plan? I built a tensioner pulley that pushes down on the belt and mount the generator solid.
Not a stock frame , modified 41 ford have about 2 fingers of adjustment. Also modified the brackets to get it closer to the engine.A tension pulley was plan b. Going to be the first drive next couple days, let ya know how it works out..... Rob
some more recent pics, almost ready for a test drive lot of stuff going on in this area quick wire job to get her going
Nice build!I like how your frame follows the body exactly. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
