Here are some updates from http://www.jgdesignandfab.com/. All fab work is done and the body is off the frame. The frame is being painted and the airlines and brake lines are being made. The firewall is all done and the battery tray has been recessed into the fire wall so it doesnt stick out so much. The radiator fan shroud has been made for the electric fan and the inner fenders and radiator shroud have been sent to powdercoat. The bench seat was from a 40 pontiac and ots now fabbed up to fit in the cab. All of the floor panels have been made and installed as well. The truck will be done next month and on the road! We are doing a big show in Venice Beach Cali called Dogtown Rumble March 19th. Visit our site for more info

Here is the back of the bench seat for the 39. im going for the look of a "barnfind" truck with all the uptodate creature comforts in engine and suspension. I want the car to look like it just sat and aged perfectly. What do you think of the color choice?

The 39 is just about there! It will be at a local car show I am throwing in Venice Beach Cali this Sunday March 19th. All of the fenders are straighted and I kept q of the fenders with the scar from the early 50s. The farmer tore the fender and stitched it with fence wire. Its welxed in place from the inside but I thought it added a little character.

Bumper brackets were laser cut and fabricated to step down because the frame is high up. The bumper height is adjustable. Also, the original horn works!
