I don't know holmes...Im thinking paint it kelly green metalflake and cover that top with white vinyl..................just kidding,this is with out a doubt one of the coolest,most over looked cars in arizona SERIOUS

 

Alex, do you have any better pictures of the bellhousing mounts? I am leaning that way now.

I never planned to have it in bare metal this long, but here in Az. we can get away with it...

I'm not sure I showed the hood I built for it, so here are a couple of pics.

 

And finned aluminum brake drums.

 

I love the louver job on the hood.

I'll take a guess that it's something You whipped up.
I've always liked this car from the first time I saw it at the first HAMB drags. There is just so much going on it's hard to take in all the (top-quality) engineering.

There is an upside and a down side to Alex's unibody. The upside is that you could be 8' tall and still get comfortable in it the down side is for an crippled up old fart like myself it is a bugger to get out of gracefully.

Mr Shapes has built a beautiful car and that's a fact. You absolutely cannot beat it in any way shape or form.
