Had a bit of a try with it - Hard to do it nice when proportions are warped to begin with.

 

It has “stainless” down the side now…..it’s not a Pontiac or DeSoto

 

So I was referred to this thread to end all threads… and was wondering if any of you experts would like to put some “Watson” style flames on a T model

I have a bit of a tall order. I'd like to see a 56 Chrysler St Regis with a 56 300 from grill, panel and bumper. For the paint, I'd like it to be black but using this green car as an example, I want the area that is light green on the example, to be a darker gray on the black car. And I would like it to have the wheels from the white car.

The red and white car can be used to make the mods to.

You live near some of the best beach areas in So Cal. Drive to the entrance at Bolsa Chica State Beach, select a simple sandy beach background with the blue sky and ocean on a sunny day. If you do not want parking lines in the photo, choose a blank area or park parallel to the road showing only the parallel curb, the sandy area and ocean for a simple background.

Access via Warner Avenue entrance. No lines, no other cars, no buildings, just a nice open sandy area and big blue sky + ocean…

If you do not want to go to Bolsa Chica until after the flooding, then go early to the Huntington Beach State Park (closer, yet) and drive south to a bare curb area only. It will take a short time to park along the curb only area with the ocean in the background. Take a couple of shots from eye level and low on the ground. Then move to the rear angle for more shots. It can all be done before the next car comes up the driving lane to the lined parking spots.

Not only will it be an outstanding short drive and way to spend a day cruising, your car will have a nice contrast with mother nature at its finest. After the current hail and rain storm hitting the whole area for several days goes away. Or because of the rainstorm hitting us all along the coast, it might be a good time to drive to the beach areas for the shot. Saturday is supposed to be a short break in the weather. Right after your usual “Donuts” run… YRMV
