Would anyone be willing to Photoshop my grandpas 66 Caprice? It's completely stock (hubcaps and all) an he was debating on lowering it. I just want to ask before I posted it so I don't get yelled at or banned.

  4. I like the chrome wires on my deuce coupe but my son thinks wide whites and chrome smoothies/baby moons like on my 56 would be interesting on it. Can anyone photoshop some on it for me?

I agree, if that is your actual car in the photo it would be sacrilege to hoon it like that.

If you're worried about it feel free to PM it to me and I will do it.

I don't have photochop skills but. What if you picked up another stock hood and cut the center raised section out and welded it to your hood starting about 15 inches back. It would have the same shape and form. It would probably be the least conspicuous of your options. It is hard because that car is soo right stock

If it has a grill in it, how about some headlights?

And maybe a roof... you could keep Clyde up there!

thought I would give this a try, since I started building this I wanted to paint it silver to try and make it look like bare metal. Now I`m having second thoughts any ideas would help! also thinking about 5 window aluminum wheels

  17. First and foremost, yes, I "borrowed" this image of a very well known car.
But, it is the perfect angle of a'40 LaSalle 'face'.
I need some inspiration for my sedan project.:D

Will someone, please, erase the the hood-side louvers and grille uprights and add small (2 or 3 inch) round amber lights a few inches under the headlamps?
    Thanks,in advance, for your efforts.

Thanks to all of you for photoshopping my Eldorado and 61 coupe.
A lot of ideas and humor out there.
As for the Eldorado the Cuda shaker hood could work.
However I might have to sacrifice some horsepower for looks and keep the stock hood and put the Edelbrock intake on a shelf. After all I think it is one of the best looking cars ever made.
The 61 Cadillac coupe will have a silver flake, miniflake ,coarse silver metallic or chromepainted roof. The body will be painted Lexus spectra blue mica with a little lighter blue bottom.
The interior will be white or silver pearl vinyl with light blue cloth with silver threads in it
The wheels will be Astro Supremes with thin whitewalled tires
I am finishing the Eldorado this winter and have started collecting parts for the Coupe.

  20. Ok guys, I came up with a new one. lowered, flat white paint with like maroon flake scallops. Black steels with baby moons, no rings. And you can play around with the front end treatment, once again have fun!

I'm having trouble deciding what to do with my Nash. Would anybody want to try something old style? Either pic would be fine with me.

  29. You'll get a better response if you post some bigger pics, maybe something around 800 pixels wide.

BtrSweet. Thanks brother! That's super helpful in deciding.
Can i get one more from ya? Then I think I'll let the HAMBers decide which color I should choose.

Could you also do this light caramel color. heavy pearlescence.
    both with gloss black tops.

    thanks again BtrSweet.
do you do graphics for a living?
