pm notifications to my email

How do I shut off the pm notifications to my email account? There are a lot of them and they are redundant, I see the pm's every time I log in here.
I have tried to figure it out myself, but I cant find the option anywhere in my account settings.

 

Will this help? I'm not receiving any E-mail notifications and have all the first 5 deselected. HRP

EDIT: On second thought, I think that shuts off my alerts on the forum? that's not what I'm after, I want to keep my on forum alerts, just stop it sending them to my Hotmail.

 

I think I just figured it out. I went under "Contact Details" and unchecked this box.
