Me too!!! And, thanks for all the coverage! I only took a few pics on the ride up, but didn't get any at the show.
Here is a photo of my pal Dan Stears and wife Sharyn from Independence, MO but I just cannot remember his HAMB name...
Paul, it was good to see ya again this weekend. Kinda strange though, not seein ya flyin thru the pits (streets) on a PovertyFlats scooter.
You too Chris!
Paul, it was great hanging with you guys for a bit. The pie was fantastic! I have hit a new high spot in my life....pie with PF! Katherine really enjoyed her's, too. Thank you for your hospitality. I look forward to seeing you again on the road somewhere.
You weren't there???????????????
Larry wasn't there? Damn.
It's true, I missed it for the first time...I'm a slug...
You gotta go, John! It is an awesome show - hundreds of cars and most of them are really sharp and almost all of them are kustoms or rods.
Thanks for the report Flats.................and the pie!
Thanks for the coverage PF. Looks like a good time was had by all.
Pov, thanx for the coverage, I would love to go to this event, on my bucket list. I see my bro Tim Powell, T.J. Mercury in one of your photos but where was that darling wife and kiddies of his, probably chowin Mrs. P.F's yummy lookin pies. Good to see ya spreadin the H.A.M.B. love! ~sololobo~
Thanks for posting your event coverage and pics. Real sorry I missed those pies. Hope to see you there next year and I'll stock up. Thanks for including my 55.
I missed this for the fifth year in a row. EVERY stinkin' year, something happens that keeps me from going up there for the fun.
Thanks again for the hospitality and friendship, Paul. Wonderful thread that totally conveys the feeling of what it was like to be there.
Thanks for the kind words and for posting the pics, sorry I didn't get the chance to visit.
Hopefully next time we will have the opportuity.
Happy Trails, Mick
Thanks for sharing. Great event.
PF, Are you going to the 'Pete & Jakes' open house this weekend?
I may but not sure yet
I know its a little late, but it was great to see you again Paul, it was definately a great weekend and I am sure looking foward to making the trek to Salina again this year(work permitting) hopefully without getting run off the road this time. That was just a little too much excitement for me.
